Of utterly crazy buyers

I’ve had to deal with pretty much any kind of buyers, but the one I came across yesterday absolute takes the cake not only for rudeness and entitled know-it-all behavior….but because he was also a psych0.

The guy made a ridiculously low offer (almost 200 bucks off my *non*-negotiable price) on a $600 item, and when I politely refused he called me a profiteer. Since I rarely mince words, I called’im as I saw’im (cheapskate), and that’s where his crazy behavior started: he first “threatened” to report my words (LMAO I just spoke the truth calling him out and he knew it, that’s why he got so angry), then he started demanding I gave him my Instagram profile stating (I quote) «if you’re hot, I’ll buy it». When I told him my Instagram profile was private and showed him the prices of the item, he started seriously threatening me to induce me to the profile public and even asked for my age. He went as far as making another offer with the delusional statement «after you make your Instagram profile public, you’ll be able to accept the offer and I’ll pay it»; when I told him I wouldn’t sell him even a single match given his attitude, he tried a fake apology (typical s0ciopathic behavior) and then finished by attempting to mock me using my age — he apparently is also one of those overgrown children for whom 40/50-years-old are pathetic.
At this point, though, I had already reported him both multiple times in the chat and twice directly to the platform Support (I was outraged…and admittedly lowkey scared) who today told me they were taking the necessary actions to prevent him from contacting sellers — which means they blocked him and his account….good riddance.

I’ve been selling online for close to 4-5 years now, but I had never met such a crazily d3luded buyer until now - his entitled audacity still boggles my mind but now I can finally laugh at it - so I really had to share this.
See you all next time; many cheers.

Of more deluded buyers

This could be another story of uninformed delusional and/or in denial buyers, but it amused me so much I have to share it.

This morning a guy inquired about a Samsung tablet I’m selling at around $235; my prices are not negotiable, but he still tried to negotiate offering $205. Since he seemed very interested, I tried to meet him halfway and lowered the price to around $220-225….and here’s the amusing part: to get me down to the price he wanted, the guy told me my price was still too high because the tablet is so old it’s no longer sold anywhere….even though I had previously showed him Amazon screenshots of the tablet being sold Used for $380-390 - and showed him more screenshots of it sold New on Amazon for $340 after he said that (made-up) nonsense….which of course shut him up, haven’t heard a peep from him since (and don’t think I will). LMAO
This made me laugh also because if the tablet is that old, why did he want that and not one of the many, more recent alternatives? ((Answer: because what the deluded m0ron really wanted was to pay my not so old tablet cents instead of dollars u_u))

I don’t know if you found the story funny, but this made me almost laugh for the entitlement and audacity of that guy in inventing such a ridiculous lie (proven false in 2 seconds flat).
See you on next entry, guys; many cheers. XOXO
